When I walked in I saw about 10 hot sauce packets thrown on the hallway floor leading to the bathroom. I told an employee and he just walked out and looked at them and asked me if I had a pickup order. I had to go back into the store to get napkins since they were not in my bag and the hot sauces were still on the floor

Ann is always sweet and friendly. very professional and provides good customer service every time. the kitchen staff also makes sure that everything is in my bag before handing me my food. very speedy and accurate. 😁👍🏻

The team here is amazing, they all know me by name now because I come here so often. The food is amazing, although I would avoid the sour cream and meat because I got sick from those a couple times. Since then, I’ve switched to bean burritos and there’s been zero issue. Than you guys

Service at the drive-through was quick and pleasant. Be warned, though...not sure if it's just this location or if it's a new thing Taco Bell is doing, but it definitely threw me off at first. The meat was hot, the toppings were cold, and the crunchy tacos were crunchy. Comparing this to the standard, everything the same temperature and texture tacos I'm used to getting here, this turned out to be a pleasant surprise!

Best Taco Bell in Kalamazoo and it’s not even close! The late night crew are some of the nicest employees most nights. Swing shift crew to mostly!

I've never had a problem with this Taco Bell they're usually very quick and efficient and getting the orders done and the food is good. I have still yet to have a problem at this particular location but I don't anticipate one all the staff that I have met are extremely friendly and don't hesitate to get the job done they're good at what they do. Keep up the great work guys I really appreciate y'all

Their staff on the morning of Jan 11th was amazing. Very polite. And I appreciate that very much. Not only that but the food was good. Fresh and edible. Unlike 90% of the places on gull Rd. Thank you so much.

I go to taco Bell a lot. Breakfast is a particular favorite, the Bacon grilled burrito is my favorite. The gull road store is consistently the best local store. I eat tacos at least a few times a week. It's nice to get breakfast for $3.00 and lunch or dinner for $4.00. The free senior drink is very nice too.

The people who work here are consistently the nicest people. You really don't expect someone to be so friendly when you go through a fast food drive-through, but these workers do a fantastic job at giving great service.

Came in with my family and Tyree was very professional and helpful with helping us decide on a kids item. 10/10 then to top it off the manager gave us a little extra for the wait. Hot food and no complaint from us.

My family use to go to this Taco Bell but stopped because the drive thru wait was at least 15 minutes and usually something was wrong with the order. Today we went for the first time after the remodel. We were in line less then 4 minutes, staff were friendly and everything was correct. Husband said the beef burrito was the best he has EVER had!

I swear this is the best Taco Bell in all of Michigan! The people that work there are attentive and kind. My order has NEVER been messed up the food is always fresh and I come here frequently. 😋 the employees at this tbell deserve raises!

Amazing speed and staff. Never had a problem here they definitely set the standard. Lived in the area my whole teen life and always chose this location. I'm sad to leave and move because I love this taco bell so much. Wish every taco bell followed this team and took notes. Very friendly super sweet and kind. Keep it up 👍 my go to!

Visited the Gull Rd store on a whim after a tough morning at the office. The drive thru staff was cheerful and professional; the courtesy they demonstrated was very much appreciated. We all know that tacos are the key to happiness, but the staff at Gull Rd should be recognized for their outstanding efforts.

I love this taco bell. The employees are always very friendly. Every once in a blue moon they will mess up something on my order, but it happens. I normally go through drive thru. Dustin is my man. He's always so upbeat and polite. He always makes my visits extra good with his fun loving attitude. Great place to stop if you want good and fast service
