Claim Your Daily Gift at the Shop
You can claim a free gift containing a Wonder Hourglass and a Shop Ticket every day at the in-game shop. This resets every day at 6 AM UTC.

You can complete three of the five daily missions each day in order to get Pack Hourglasses as a reward. These missions are easy, and you're bound to complete them as you go through your daily tasks.
Don't forget to tap the reward near the top of the Daily Missions screen once you complete your three daily missions! Like the daily gift, daily missions reset every day at 6 AM UTC.

Open Two Booster Packs
You can open a booster pack as long as you have at least one full pack stamina. Your pack stamina refills every 12 hours, with up to two packs able to be stored for those with a Regular Pass.
Premium Pass users have an extra pack stamina separate from the standard 2 packs, allowing them to open 3 packs a day without needing to use a Pack Hourglass.

Check Wonder Pick for Rare Cards
You can check Wonder Pick each time you open the app for more chances of obtaining cards you want. Wonder Pick shows recently opened booster packs of other players, and it's a great way to find rare cards.
If you see a card you're interested in, try your luck and Wonder Pick from that set! You can only get one card per set, and the card you'll obtain is random.
How to Use the Wonder Pick Feature
Battles
Other than collecting cards, the main thing you'll want to do when playing Pokemon TCG Pocket is to participate in battles. You can use the cards you've collected to build decks and battle in either solo battles against AI opponents or in versus battles against other players.

PvP Versus Battles
If you're up for battling other people, versus battles are the best way for you to develop your deck-building skills, show off your cards, and earn EXP. You can earn EXP from winning versus battles and also potentially receive a Shop Ticket gift as thanks from your opponent.

Solo Battles
Solo battles are divided into four levels of difficulty, from Beginner to Expert. Each difficulty contains several decks of different types, and you'll need to defeat the available decks before you can unlock more.
Beating each deck for the first time in solo battles rewards you with EXP, Pack Hourglasses, Shinedust, and Shop Tickets. There are also Battle Tasks you can complete for more Shop Ticket rewards.

Collect All Cards in the Current Expansion
The only available booster pack expansion right now is the Genetic Apex expansion, making it easier to collect cards and fill your Card Dex.
Once you've completed your Card Dex, you'll have to wait for the next expansion in a future update to get new cards you don't have yet.

Build Decks
Once you have a good variety of cards collected, you can start building decks to use in battles. Take note that if you want to participate in PvP versus battles, you'll need to have your own deck.
Rental decks cannot be used in versus battles and are only avaiable in solo battles.

Complete Missions and Achievements
Several different types of missions are available for you to complete, including missions related to filling out your Card Dex, collecting specific cards, and general gameplay. You can obtain Pack Hourglasses, Wonder Hourglasses, Shinedust, Emblem Tickets, and rental decks as rewards for completing missions.
Achievements are tied to your card collection and battle record. These can be viewed from your profile.
Update Your Displayed Collection
You can display select cards in your collection through binders and display boards, which can be unlocked at level 6 and 4 respectively. If you have a binder or display board set to public, other people can like your showcase and gift you with a Shop Ticket.
If you get new cards that you want to show off from opening your daily booster packs, don't forget to update your displayed collection! You can view other people's showcases through the Social Hub.
Play With Friends
You can add friends by inputting their friend code in the Friends menu under Social Hub. You can also add players you've battled against, those whose packs you've selected in Wonder Pick, and players with showcases you've liked.
Once you've added friends, you'll be able to notice them more in Wonder Pick, easily see their showcases, and view their profile.

Trading Coming Soon
A much-awaited feature that will be added in a future update is trading. It is currently unknown when this feature will be implemented, but once it's available, you'll be able to trade cards with other players.
